My musical biography:
I have an older brother who drew me to the classic metal sound of the 80ies when I was very very young. He took me to my first concert when I was 11 years old. A sold out Skid Row show in 1991. I saw Rachel Bolan, their bass player, storming the stage surrounded by millions of flashing lights, dressed in straight black leather pants, a ripped off Ramones shirt and huge mirrored sunglasses kicking this magic night… Now I knew what i wanted to do, what I wanted to be! Two years later my dad grabbed me, took me to a music store and I bought my first bass guitar (that I still have today!) from my pocket money. From that moment on everything grew…always in little steps, but constantly. First bands, first shows, early demos, more shows, records, contracts, tours, even more tours through countries I have never seen before, new records, videos, movies, live dvd´s and again shows. So after recording & touring with bands like Domain, Shylock & Illectronic Rock I am here, ready to open a new big & exciting chapter with the amazing XANDRIA in my own little rock`n`roll history book.

…books: I read a lot & i love being told a good story, so i swallow up almost everything that comes in my hands.
…drinks: Without a good cup of black coffee I am nothing.
…food: Everything that seems to be healthy…and probably even the rest.

Biggest accident on stage: Falling off stage – completely sober – at a sold out hometown clubshow…
3 “must haves” on tour: Tons of Books & new music, good friends for good talks & a good connection back home
Best experience on tour:
Fans going completely insane, singing, cheering, headbanging… these moments are worth everything!
And exploring all the different countries, cultures, people, cities… that I have the chance to travel to.
A bad characterictic: Very strange sense of humor and sometimes a bit over the top… ;-)
Place I want to go once: Everywhere I´ve never been before & the wind will take me to.
This is what I want to experience: To much to be named here… I am not done yet!
Wish for Xandria: A sold out headlining world tour ending on WACKEN´s Main Stage. Think big, dear friends!
Personal wishes: Travel around this little blue planet at least once before everything comes to its end…
What I´d like to have: A life without technical onstage breakdowns. Meet only people that meet each other with open minds & open hearts.
