My musical biography:
I started playing guitar when I was 9 years old, I stopped never since. Guitar music in all it’s variations fascinates me. Of course I started out with the desire to become a rock star, but after several years of playing I also longed for greater awareness of the roots of this instrument, so I also started to study classical guitar music and flamenco styles. I have never been a geek about equipment and effects and trying out too many different guitars, because I think that music comes from your heart, head and fingers. Try to hear the melody that’s in your head and then work it out on the fretboard.

Biggest accident on stage: Hamburg 2011, my guitar strap broke right before the Valentine-solo, and while the technician fumbled with my stuff near my ass I heroically tried to finish the solo while constantly trying not to lose the grip. And I made it… a whole note to high!
3 “must haves” on tour: Patience, moronic jokes, and – apparently – a cold.
Best experience on tour: Gigantic Barbecue in Santiago de Chile, looking at landscapes through the giant windshield of a tourbus, every time you think: hell yeah, we’re on tour!
A bad characterictic:m I forgot… wait, I remember: I tend to forget stuff.
Place I want to go once: It’s about time for a first Xandria show in North America
